REFUNDS: Full refunds are available up to one (1) week before the first session of the class. Cancellations made 6 days or fewer before the class begins, will receive a 50% refund. Refunds are not available after classes/sessions have begun. We cannot refund tuition due to student absence.
CANCELLATIONS: If a class is cancelled by the instructor, due to inclement weather or other emergency, you will be notified via the email you registered with and we will automatically refund the day’s tuition. For children’s classes, if the teacher is unable to teach the class, for a personal reason, we will try to assign a substitute teacher rather than cancel. Minimum 4 students; classes with fewer than 4 registrations may be cancelled at the teacher’s discretion.
