Description

Show your support of the arts and Wallkill River Center for the Arts and be recognized by the over 10,00 visitors to our galleries and at our biggest events by becoming an annual sponsor. In addition to program specific recognition, your businesses logo displayed in our lobby for the entire year.

• Premier Annual Sponsor $4,500 – Top tier representation at our two biggest and most visible events: The PARTY in April and the Hudson Valley Plein Air Festival (HVPAF) in October. Logo displayed in our lobby, front page of website and emails all year and prominently at each event; 4 tickets to the PARTY (the HVPAF Festival is open to the public without charge); 2-minute presentation at both events with special photo opportunities; opportunity to distribute materials.  Sponsor’s employees will enjoy a 10% discount on purchases of original artwork.
• Concert Series Annual Sponsor $3,000 – Sponsor 4 concerts. Wallkill River Center for the Arts (WRCA) will present free concerts to the public, held in unique locations throughout Orange County and the majority of which include original compositions and arrangements.  Logo displayed in our lobby, website and emails all year and prominently at each event, on the program and all printed materials. Preferred seating for 4 at each concert.
• Art Exhibits and Receptions Annual Sponsor $2,500 – Sponsor all of WRCA’s well-attended exhibits and receptions for the year (over 30 exhibits and 6 catered receptions annually). Logo on signage for exhibits including on the artist statements in galleries, reception area, and on the refreshment tables at each reception.  Gallery signs are displayed continually throughout the year and visible to the 5,000+ visitors to the gallery, events and classes.  Logo included in the event listings on the website. 2-minute presentation at the annual Members’ Exhibit in February.
• The PARTY Annual Sponsor – $2,500 – This is our largest annual fundraising event held every spring.  Our members and supporters turn out en masse for an afternoon of music and performances, food and, of course, there is no “party” without “art,” so there are art giveaways and art activities too! Logo prominently displayed on signage at event, website, emails and social media; 4 tickets to the PARTY; 2-minute presentation with special photo opportunities; and opportunity to distribute materials.
• Hudson Valley Plein Air Festival Annual Sponsor $2,000 – Professional outdoor landscape painting competition, in October, attracting approximately 50 artists from around the country and hundreds of visitors to paint and take in the resulting exhibit. This is our biggest art reception of the year. Logo prominently displayed on signage at the reception, website, emails, social media, a full page ad in the program and named as prize sponsor; 2-minute presentation with special photo opportunities; and opportunity to distribute materials. Sponsor’s employees will enjoy a 10% discount on purchases of original artwork.
• Senior Drop-In Annual Sponsor $1,000 – Sponsor WRCA’s signature Free Senior Drop-in Program.  Participants (aged 55+) meet weekly to make art and socialize 50 weeks out of the year; logo displayed on table sign with an opportunity to distribute materials. Logo included on our website and weekly event listings.
