HVPAF | Quick Draw Competition
Quick Draw Competition
Saturday, October 10, 2026 | 10 am – 12 noon
@ Greenwood Lake Farmer’s Market
The Quick Draw is a 2-hour painting competition where painters start with ‘Quick Draw Stamped’ blank canvases at 10:00 am and present finished work by 12:00 pm. It’s harder than you might think!
Artwork will be displayed for the public and there will be judging and prizes. Prizes and award baskets, selected by a panel of on-site jurors, will be presented at the end of the Quick Draw (12:30 – 1 pm.)
While this event is part of the 2026 Hudson Valley Plein Air Festival, it is open to the public – everyone is welcome. Bring your easel, paint brushes, and join the fun!
PRE-REGISTER to participate in the Quick Draw – reserve your spot and get priority check-in (starts at 8:30 am).
DAY-OF REGISTRATION and canvas stamping – starts at 9 am, after pre-registered participants.
