Register Online
Most classes are offered as a series of dates which are purchased all together. Some classes, especially beginner classes, occasionally allow registrations for a single class. Our members enjoy discounts on special workshops and registrations for monthly sessions. Member prices are marked in the drop-down for dates.
Payment is due with registration. Registrations which are missing payments do not guarantee a place in the class and the class may be cancelled if paid enrollment is low. We accept payment online with credit cards and through Paypal accounts. Payments may also be made in person and over the phone, but we are a nonprofit and we have limited customer service hours, so if you are having trouble with your registration, please email us at info@wallkill.art and we will contact you as soon as possible.
REFUND POLICY – If a class must be cancelled by the instructor or the school, we will refund your tuition. If you paid with a credit card within 90 days, we will refund the money to your card. If payment was made more than 90 days before the cancellation or if payment was made with cash or check we will refund the money via check within 30 days. Please provide a mailing address or pick up at the reception desk within 90 days.
Registrations must be cancelled by notifying us a minimum of 3 days before the workshop or series begins in order to receive a full refund. Call or stop by during open hours or email us at info@wallkill.art. Cancellations made fewer than 3 days will receive a 50% refund. We are unable to refund same day cancellations. If you are unable to attend one class out of a series of classes, inquire with the instructor if there are make-up classes available.
Unused tuition is considered a charitable contribution to our nonprofit 501(c)(3) programs to the extent allowed by law, and helps us pay for our free programs for seniors, veterans, teens and scholarships for children. Thank you for supporting our nonprofit!
PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD: PayPal is our credit card processor. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Once you click “Submit” you will be re-directed to a PayPal page. If you have a PayPal account, enter your login information and process the payment. If you want to pay with a credit card, skip the PayPal login section and click on the gray bar below it which says “Pay with a Debit or Credit Card.”
