DESCRIPTION:Prior to the reception the same day\, Carl Grauer will be doing a portrait demonstration. This is a two hour seated portrait suitable for teens and up. \nA digital copy will be given to the sitter\, as well as the option to purchase the piece at a discounted price of $300. \n  \nThe portrait sitter will be decided by raffle. Tickets are now available for $5 each. They are available to purchase online and in person. \nThe winner will be pulled December 22nd\, to give the option of it being a gift.

DESCRIPTION:Please join us virtually\, via Zoom\, for our Annual Members Meeting on Saturday\, January 25\, 2025 at 3:00 pm   \nMembers:   If you were a member in 2024 or joined and paid your dues for 2025 by December 31\, 2024\, please return your BALLOT by email\, mail or in person before the meeting date.  If there is ANY CHANCE you may not be able to attend the meeting on Zoom\, please sign and return your PROXY. \nWhat is the Proxy and why is it important?  A proxy is a substitute for a member being present online at the meeting.  Our by-laws require us to hold an annual members meeting and we must have enough of our members\, or their proxies\, present to conduct the meeting\, otherwise\, we will have to reschedule and try to get enough people the next time.  On the proxy form\, you can assign your vote to the board of directors or you can name an individual to vote on your behalf if you are sure they will be present online at the meeting.  Help us by returning your proxy\, but still attend the meeting if you can.  At the meeting we present detailed information to give you a window into how the organization is functioning financially and providing services to the community.  We want to see you! \n  \nAnnual Members Meeting Notice \nBallot \nProxy \nAnnual Members Meeting Packet \nAgenda of 1-25-25 \nAnnual Report \nMinutes of 1-27-24 \nGallery Calendar \n  \nThis will be updated with links when they become available.
