Join us for light refreshments\, meet the artists and vote for your favorite piece. \n4:00-7:00 pm  Artists Reception \n6:00 pm People’s Choice Award $100 presented by Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union. \nSaturday\, November 9\, 2024  Small Works Reception:   3:00-5:00 pm WRCA Gallery\, 232 Ward Street\, Montgomery\, NY \nJanuary 3rd-5th Artwork Pick-up from WRCA Gallery 232 Ward St\, Montgomery\, NY 12:00-5:00 pm \nRegistration Information\nThis opportunity is open to the public and all artists who apply will be automatically accepted into the festival.  Painters will receive a welcome packet\, swag and painter’s badge.  Registered artists are eligible for all prizes and activities for the week\, including the Quick Draw ($15 value)\, location prizes and painting demonstrations.   There is no jurying process this year.  Registration is $60 ($55 WRCA Members). \nThere is space for 30 artists to participate in two exhibits for an additional hang fee of $20.   There will be an exhibit at Garnet Health Medical Center from October 18\, 2024 to January 1\, 2025 with a catered reception on Friday\, October 18th from 4:00-7:00 pm.  Festival artists may also submit a mini work (5″x7″ or smaller) to the “Small Works” exhibit at Wallkill River Center for the Arts which will be on display from November 1 – December 15\, 2024.  Art in-take will be Wednesday\, October 16\, 2024 10:00-5:00 pm.  All Art work will be picked up at WRCA Gallery Friday – Sunday\, January 3-5th.  WRCA will collect a 30% commission on all sales at paint-out events\, awards ceremonies\, receptions and exhibits. \nExhibit Terms\nGarnet Health Medical Center exhibit will run from Friday\, October 18th through January 1\, 2025.  Paintings may not exceed 24″ in any direction.  Frames may not exceed 2″ per side (4″ total). Work must be framed and wired for hanging – there can be NO EXCEPTIONS and unframed work will not be accepted.  Work may be offered for sale; WRCA will collect a 30% commission on sales.   Reception Fri. Cheer for your favorites and be part of the excitement as we honor the best of the festival! \nFestival Dates:  Saturday October 12th – Friday\, October 18th\nSaturday\, October 12\, 2024  Quick Draw 10:00-1:0o pm – in the charming hamlet of Sugar Loaf during their Fall Festival.
