DESCRIPTION:May 2\, 16\, 23\, 30th (please note\, no class May 9th) \n\nFridays 3:30-5:30pm\nIn Person at the Wallkill River Center for the Arts \nOpen to beginning and intermediate students \nSuitable for grades 6th – 12th \n$140 per student \nAnimation Class Preview \nAnimation is the art of bringing your drawings to life! Whether you’re interested in traditional animation\, game animation\, anime\, 3D animation\, or just want to make your doodles move around with style\, this class is for you. Students will learn about the principles of animation\, and how to apply their knowledge in creative ways. They’ll see how observing the natural world can bring their animation skills to the next level. And most importantly\, it’s gonna be a lot of fun! \nAedan Ciganek is an up-and-coming animator from the Hudson Valley. He has a passion for 2D animation\, cartooning\, and character design. Since 2014 he’s been honing his craft\, and loves encouraging others to enter the world of animation. \n  \nThere is a class set of tablets available to use. If you wish for your child to use yours\, please see the following materials list: \n  \nMaterials needed: \n– iPad or other similar drawing tablet \n– Stylus (optional but VERY helpful) \nSoftware needed: \n– Animation App such as: Procreate\, Flipaclip\, etc. \n  \nREFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
