SUMMARY:2026 Artist-Member Exhibits (Hallway Gallery)
DESCRIPTION:A benefit of membership\, WRCA Artist-level Members are invited to hang one piece (two dependent on space) in our changing Hallway Gallery Exhibits. \n  \nEXHIBITION GUIDELINES \nArtist-level membership (in good standing.) Not a member but want to participate? JOIN TODAY \nArtwork must be no larger than 16 x 16 inches (including the frame)\, properly framed\, and be ready to hang with a wire. Saw tooth and other hanging methods are not acceptable.  Please contact the staff if you have questions at info@wallkill.art. \nHanging Guidelines \n  \n2026 EXHIBITION SCHEDULE \nThe Artist-Member exhibits run concurrent with the main galleries; themes listed below are meant to compliment the other exhibits on view. DESCRIPTION:Call for Artisans | HANDMADE FOR THE HOLIDAYS  \nWallkill River Center for the Arts (WRCA) is pleased to present the annual “Handmade for the Holidays” on Saturday\, December 12th from 12 – 5 pm. \nTen artists will be selected by a panel of art professionals to showcase thier works at this upcoming artisan craft fair\, held just in time for the holiday season\, at the historic Patchett House Galleries in Montgomery\, NY. \nAll works considered for inclusion must be handmade\, and not a reproduction of any sort. \nArtisan or Quality Crafter (Sewn\, Quilted\, Felted\, Knitted\, Soap etc)\nLocal Farms or Growers (Honey\, Plants\, Vegetables\, Mushrooms\, etc)\nBaker or other Edibles (Baked goods etc)\nHealth and Wellness\, other \n  \n\nHANDMADE FOR THE HOLIDAYS | Artisan Application\n\nSubmission deadline: Thursday\, November 12th\nApplicant notification: by November 18th\nApplication Fee: $35\n\n  \nIf selected to be an exhibiting artisan: \n\n\nProvided by WRCA : One table\, 6′ x 30″\, limited space for displays provided by the vendor.\nProvided by Vendor (you): All goods\, tablecloths\, displays\, paper flyers. You must have your own money for change and/or a point-of-sale system.\n\n  \n\nSetup Time: 9:30 – 11 am\nMembers Preview: 11 am – 12 noon\nPublic Sale: 12 – 5 pm\nHoliday Baskets: Raffle tickets called at 4:30 pm\nCleanup/Teardown: 5-6pm\n\n  \n\nPlease note: State sales tax is the responsibility of the artist/vendor to collect according to state laws.
