Location: Wallkill River Center for the Arts Gallery
Cost: $135 per student
Get ready for creative fun and building drawing and observational skills! We will observe and draw real, natural objects like vegetables and fruits (both whole and cut), shells, leaves, dried and real plants, silk flowers, trees, branches, etc.
All Supplies will be provided! Including pencils, charcoal, pens, ink, markers, watercolors, colored pencils and gel sticks!
Margaret Grasso is a retired k-12 art teacher and artist who works in watercolor, acrylics and colored inks among other media. She has 28 years experience working with children & teens and an additional 12 ½ years substituting in the local schools. She has been working with the Wallkill River Center for the Arts for several years teaching Summer Art Programs and After School Art Programs. “Creating art is a lifetime passion and experimenting and learning new things brings me happiness. Sharing it with others is what I enjoy doing most.”
