Members: If you were a member in 2023 or joined and paid your dues for 2024 by December 31, 2023, please return your BALLOT by email, mail or in person before the meeting date. If there is ANY CHANCE you may not be able to attend the meeting on Zoom, please sign and return your PROXY.
What is the Proxy and why is it important? A proxy is a substitute for a member being present online at the meeting. Our by-laws require us to hold an annual members meeting and we must have enough of our members, or their proxies, present to conduct the meeting, otherwise, we will have to reschedule and try to get enough people the next time. On the proxy form, you can assign your vote to the board of directors or you can name an individual to vote on your behalf if you are sure they will be present online at the meeting. Help us by returning your proxy, but still attend the meeting if you can. At the meeting we present detailed information to give you a window into how the organization is functioning financially and providing services to the community. We want to see you!
